Welcome to Terence McCrea Portraits. By booking a session, browsing this site, or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you as a client and Terence McCrea Portraits as a professional creative business.
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your portrait session date and time. This fee covers:
Pre-session planning and consultation
Professional hair and makeup styling (for full portrait sessions)
The guided photoshoot
Private reveal and ordering appointment
The session fee does not include any digital images, prints, or artwork products. Those are purchased separately during your ordering appointment.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Your session fee can be transferred to a new date once. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.
You’ll be invited to view your images at a private reveal session (in-studio or virtual) within 1–2 weeks of your photoshoot. During this appointment, you will:
View your fully retouched images
Choose your favorite images for purchase
Select artwork or digital packages
All orders are placed during this appointment unless otherwise arranged.
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit/debit cards and offer flexible payment plans for qualifying orders.
Products will not be delivered until payment is received in full.
Digital images are delivered within 7–10 business days (after final payment).
Printed artwork and albums are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks, depending on vendor production and shipping timelines.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.
We take great care in packaging and delivering your artwork. However, if any product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.
All images are the intellectual property of Terence McCrea Portraits. Clients are granted personal-use rights for any images they purchase. This includes:
Printing for personal display
Sharing on social media (with credit appreciated)
Use in personal or professional profiles
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Standard retouching is included for all ordered images. This includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, and light body shaping. Requests beyond standard edits may incur an additional fee.
Unordered images are not permanently archived. We recommend placing all desired orders during your reveal session to ensure image availability.
Due to the custom nature of portrait photography and fine art products, all sales are final. Once you approve your order and payment is received, products go into production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
The studio is located in Austin, Texas (exact address provided upon booking). Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Only those being photographed should attend unless prior arrangements are made.
